- Pre-Delivery Requests Only: To qualify for a refund, your request must be submitted before the completed delivery of the contracted service.
- No Refunds Post-Delivery: Once we have fully delivered the service—whether that’s a finalized website, completed marketing campaign, design assets, or any other deliverable—no refunds will be issued.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Timing: Submit your refund request as soon as possible, but before the final deliverable is accepted.

3. Processing Your Refund
- Review Period: We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days and evaluate eligibility.
- Approval & Timing: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
- Partial Deliverables: If partial work has been delivered and accepted, we reserve the right to issue a prorated refund based on the percentage of work completed.
4. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items
- Delivered Services: No refunds once the service is marked “complete.”
- Third-Party Costs: Any fees paid on your behalf to third parties (e.g., domain registration, software licenses) are non-refundable.
- Change of Mind: Simple change-of-mind requests after final delivery are not eligible for refunds.
5. Dispute Resolution
